Thanks Barney

Barney Blather Frank, the Congressional blusterer financial committee chairman, announced this week, "I would recommend abolishing Fannie and Freddie in their current form." Thanks, Barney boy. You are a little late, I kind of remember you saying over a year ago that Fannie and Freddie were' fundamentally sound".

Today both stocks are essentially WORTHLESS. Fannie Mae closed Friday at  99 CENTS a share while Freddie Mac closed at $1.17 per share, a far cry from the "fundamentally sound, high-flying days when the Dumbocrats were encouraging all those sub-prime loans for their victim constituents. The government needs to get out of the mortgage business, but we all know it won't.

Thanks, Barney. I Have a Bridge in Brooklyn I Need to Mortgage
